It happens at least once a day when driving home at night. But the other day its like 6 times. Is this some type of omen?

It means the street lights are on a timer to turn off so that they don't get overheated...

It happens when I walk down the street, to. I never thought about it being an omen.

It's not an omen.
It just means that you're low on energy and are finding a harmless way to get a little extra!

I don't know what it means, but it happens to me a lot also. I'll be driving along and lights start going out. I used to think it had something to do with my headlights, but I drive to work when it's dusk and I know my 'daytime running lights' aren't potent enough to be triggering light sensors.
I like to think of it as a form of telekinesis...I don't know how I'm doing it, but I'd sure like to be able to harness the energy. Maybe you have the same hidden and untapped potential.
I have been known to "wish away" certain people and situations...maybe this is an off-shoot of that.

that's happens when i walk my dog or Ride my bike. they go off when i pass.darndist thing.some of sort of energy thing i put off.its not an omen.

It's some kind of telekinetic event. Some British guy even has started documenting this event and named it. I forget what he's calling it, but it's not an entirely rare event. People who this happen to can't force it to happen and it happens when their minds are wandering.

Yeah, it means one or both of your headlights are pointing upwards and the lights think daylight has come and turn off. You need to get your headlights aimed. Pops

I don't know what it means.......But I can get them to turn on, if one is off.
