i want to work with orphanages and kids/ parents with custody issues and wills as a lawyer. can you tell me the official name of this job? like what kind of lawyer is that? thanx a lot!

It falls under the term Domestic Relations, particularly Family Law. There is not a specific term for that "type" of lawyer.
