yeah...with the bra i mean and it was a dare that my friend had to do...wear a bra and a skirt with face paint, with a a banner saying "so what" just like tyra banks campaign...in the middle of night of our neighborhood(SOUTHAMPTON) screaming "i enjoy wearing womens langerie SO WHAT?!!!"
then we all joined screaming stupid things...good times good times...!

Apparently "Smitty" is some kind of an inside joke. The answer is that I don't know who "Smitty" is, and no, I have not seen a guy with bra and panties.
