Would it be okay if I put some nair on a Q-Tip and lightly spread a tiny line of it across the top/bottom of my eyebrow as long as I don't leave it on too long and make sure it washes completely off?

No do not use this product near your eyes! Go to a salon and let a professional do your brows!!

I wouldn't recommend that. The skin around the eyes are very sensitive and is easily irritated. Using a chemically high-concentrated product can irritate it.

No I believe this could be very dangerous to your skin,
and possibly your eyes. It's not worth the risk.Use wax,
or tweeze them.Maybe go have a Beauty Salon do this for you.

NONONONONONONONOOOOOOO!
Believe me, I tried it, not thinking about it (I was a 13)
Right below my eyebrows were inflamed, red, and puffy for two weeks!!!!
When people asked what happened I said I had no clue and I must be allergic to my makeup or facewash or something!!!
wax em!

I don't think it's recommended. I've read on the bottle that you shouldn't use it near your eyes...
