NO! We have it written all around here in Australia: " Don't feed the seagulls". Once you start, they will surround you and attack you till you run away from the beach. Don't worry about them, they get plenty of fish from the sea.

I tried to do that once, years ago in Florida with popcorn. Never again! ! ! I was almost attacked.
