That is, two persons share data (music etc.) two way?
I am talking about it in a Bluetooth mobile phone.

If yes, how?

Only some cell phones support this feature and it is a bluetooth service called remote networking, also dial-in-networking works this same way. As for large files such as music or video I wouldn't even bother, bluetooth is quite slow. Bluetooth has always been full duplex so the possibilities are endless.
