Well now, that depends upon what kind of "chubby" you are referring to.
If you are referring to body type, I'd say to be what a woman would want in other ways; being chubby won't really matter. If you are thoughtful, considerate, funny, smart, ambitious, neat, clean, and reliable, she won't really care, unless she is as shallow as men who only think about what a woman looks like. You don't want one of those anyway, do you?

cuz girls tend to be a little less shallow when it comes to guy because for some reason if a guy is totally sweet he seems cuter, and vice versa if he's a dick he seems way less attractive.
First day of class i sat next to this chubby, rockerish kinda guy, i wasn't attracted at all sooo not my type but by the end of the year i was jockin so hard cuz he was hilarious, adorable...and he grew on me weird..

Just make sure you have a fantastic personality. A great lady won't care if you are chubby or not if you can win her over with a charming personality, a warm smile and a couple of jokes.

It's all in the personality my friend.
My uncle Mel was 6'4 and well over 350 to 400 lbs, while his wife was about 5'4 and maybe 100 lbs soaking wet. The one thought I always had was that I hoped he was a still sleeper. Otherwise she would get smooshed. Don't even want to think about the other side of it. I mean they were like parents to me, so I have to maintain that they only had "fun" to make their kids.
