Ever watch Star Trek? These guys are "Beam me up, Scotty" aliens who had transporter trouble. They'll probably get the bugs out of their system one of these days.

the only possible explanation is that the "enclosed" light fixtures are not completely enclosed. There must be a leak somewhere in order for some type of matter (the bugs) to get in. Another possibility would be if the opening were in the cieling, enclosed by the light fixture.

I don't know, but they're some stupid bugs for getting stuck in the light fixtures.

Light & heat + glass = spontaneous generation of bugs. Try it in a lab & you'll see I'm right.
