It could be sinus allergies. However ,check to see if there is alot of mold in your house.I have known people to get sick from mold growing in their homes or apartments.
Also try checking the side effects of any medication you have been on.
Alergic reactions to medications could be a cause also.
Home remedy I would suggest:( I take it also for my sinus allergies or colds).Been in our family since my great grandma's day.:)
In a large pot boil in water, with skin seeds and all!
2 red onions(cut in pieces)
1 whole grapefruit(cut in pieces)
2 lemons (cut in pieces)
1 large orange(cut in pieces)
Boil and then turn down to medium and let it cook for an hour at least.
Then pour the stuff(seeds peel and all!) into a cup and drink and chew the peels etc.You can save the rest or drink it all.
Tastes terrible but works fantastic!!You can add some honey to lighten the taste if you want.
It's a natural antihistimine.
But first and foremost check to see if mold is the cause or an alergic reaction to medicines.
Hope this helps.

Vitamin C will strengthen the immune system . To do you good you need to take lots of it, like 10 grams over a 24 hour period and not miss a day. Phase in slowly over a few weeks otherwise you will get diarrhea. Also wash your hands often and avoid handshakes if possible.

I used to have the same type of problems, plus ear & throat infections as well. Finally went to an allergy doctor, took shots for years and years, and eventually the symptoms got better.
I still feel the weather changes and allergy season, but it is much more tolerable now.
Good Luck

The first thing to do is to find out why you're getting sick this much. It sounds like an allergy except for the fever. If your doc can't help you, ask for a second opinion.

Try eating a lot of Brassica vegetables and you will notice a difference. They have a compound called Diindolylmethane (DIM) that significantly boosts the immune system.

I seriously reccomend you going to see a Chiroprator. When you are out of line things happen to your body like sickness. I know mine works wonders on me and I always feel so good afterwards. Honestly people push meds way too easily now.

you might have pneumonia. You should go to ER.]
As for your doctor, if he's not an Allergy/Asthma doctor I suggest you make an appointment with one.
Right now if i were you, I'd go to the ER. Back aching when you have flu/cold symptoms is not a good sign.

Vitamin C would help to boost your immune system.
Taking 1gm twice a day or even a lot less would help.
