I can only tell you about regions of the world. South Africia has a problem which many know about, I have been told that Asians have a problem, Hilter and his officers had a problem,
Bin Ladin called Africians slaves so I think he has a problem,
I have been told that Australia has a problem. You know I bet the whole world has a problem and of course that would include most or all religions. It's a people problem.

I believe that most racists are from religions that preach salvation only through their own specific beliefs. Anybody who does not follow their dogma is doomed to that religion's version of hell and is, therefore, not worthy of being considered "human". If you fall into that category, you are to be despised. Hence, bigotry toward that group. Yes, that does include those who pity the "unenlightened" for the same reason. They, too, look upon the "misguided" as inferior.

well to answer this question I think you'd have to first ask what did people believe in before organized religion? i think it was not really a religion but more of a cause and affect type of belief system. if one person danced around the fire it may have sprinkled if say five or more joined in the rain may have begun to fall harder there for implying that the dancing made it rain and the more people the more rain. and from there we evolved int to the wonderful world of racist and bigots and of course those who just except all as they are. and believe if we get in the morn we have the better part of the licked!!!!

Though questions. I don' t think they are an answer to this, about most religions have their loads of racist peoples, no religions can avoid this... Its more a human nature to react like this, than in religions. But the mormons do have trouble acceptings other racial peoples as members. They could have the Quakers too, which are no better... Otherwise I don't really see patterns in others.

I don't think any religion promotes racism. I would guess Southern fundamentalists are most racist, although that would be based on the Southern culture rather than any religious beliefs.

Racists come from all ethnicities, religions and countries around the world. Buddhist monks and nuns may be the exception to the rule.

Think it's more an issue of attitude rather than faith.

There are bigots in everywhere & in every field - be it sport, religion, politics etc etc etc.

Most religions have it incorporated into their scripts. Christianity does not and so it more obvious.

Anyone can be a racist. Doesn't matter how or who you believe.
