The belly button is formed when the umbilical cord dries up and falls off the body. So, any animal that had an umbilical cord attached to it in utero would have a belly button. Including cows, bunnies and monkeys.

Of course they do. Mammals are all born from inside a womb that has a placenta tied to the fetus with an umbilical cord. The belly-button is where the cord connection was. Animals bite that cord off to separate the newborn from the afterbirth. Most animals (even vegetarians like cows) eat that placenta and the cord, probably to keep the blood smell from alerting predators.

No. The only reason humans have belly buttons is because the doctor who delivers the human baby ties the umbilical cord thus resulting in a knot, which is called a navel or belly button. Animals don't have to have their umbilical cords tied, because the mother licks the area clean, which results in the spot where the umbilical cord is attached to the baby to heal shut.

I'm not sure about bunnies, cows, or monkeys, but my dog has a belly button. It was weird to find out he had one. But adorable, haha. It's an out-y!

Yes, most do, although marsupials and monotremes (egg-laying mammals) don't. Marsupials' scars are too small to see, and montremes are egg-layers, so they don't have belly buttons.
