"Globalists"
sheesh...you hate them, don't you?
People incorporate in business as part of free assembly and free market.
Why do you want to restrict this freedom?

The people who are of the opinion that globalization is a good thing are more mistaken than they could possibly imagine. It's all about making maximum profit. The large companies will simply go to whichever country offers the cheapest labour costs and exploit that country's labour force until somewhere else becomes cheaper. By doing this they will be driving down the living standards of billions of people, to actual starvation levels. This is already happening in some countries. These companies will dictate to governments the policies that they can have, by simply threatening to go elsewhere if they don't do as they are instructed. When a large, global, company offering work to many many people, albeit on slave wages, decides to up roots and move elsewhere, the economy of that country will suffer greatly. Globalization will give an extremely small number of people absolutely fantastic wealth and billions of other people great hardship. It is already happening. You cannot rely on the media as a source of information, as the globalists own the media and use it to tell us only what they want us to hear.
Yes there is somewthing that you can do about it! Stop buying their 'stuff' for a start. Question EVERYTHING that you learn from the media! You will find that most of it IS absolute nonsence. Support local producers, or fair trade producers. Don't demand such a high standard of living, rid yourself of all those 'gadgets' that the human race managed without for a long long time.
It is easy to be mistaken into thinking that globalization could be a good thing, I made that mistake for years before reading about the true impact that it will have; now I think we MUST all fight it with everything that we have.

There are several ways:
Somehow convince the majority of Americans to vote so the people become the largest special interest group
Revolution
Waiting out the collapse of the unsubstainable global system and hoping the point of no return has not been passed. This one is tempered by history; the last time a global system collapsed WWI happened.

Their agenda needs to be exposed. The problem is getting the media to do it since they are controlled by their financial supporters for whom globalism is a good thing.
People in this country also could use a good history lesson, but they've become complacent, which plays right into the globalist agenda.

Actually, yes there is a way. VOTE, go support boring, moderate politicians who side with us, rather than the slick general-speaking extremists who won't commit to anything. Problem is, most people judge a candidate by a single commitment or two, if the slick ones never take a stand, there's nothing to hate, but if a guy even makes a case for something most people don't like, they won't vote for him. Sad, but you can't have it both ways, no politician is perfect, but the ones we SHOULD be voting for are the ones who make stands on issues, and get rejected by the voters because of one or two items they don't like. The Slicksters win almost every time, because they avoid making policy stands, which we'd like to hear, but if we hear something we DON'T like, then we automatically tune out that candidate. Our loss.

Why would we want to? I think the Globalists are doing a great job. So great, that I am thinking of becoming one myself. Do you know where I can find their secret underground lair?

I don't know that that is possible. We can't be isolationists any more. Even in WWII that couldn't last. Now that we are a global economy, we have to think globally.
