I want to post a video of a play i just got done doing on youtube, but do i have to get evreyones permission that was in the play??

Well it would be extremely considerate to get permission from the people in the video especially if they are under the age of 18. Because if something bad happens to them, people might point fingers at you.....

And just as importantly you had better get the permission of the publisher of the play to record it and to post it. You see, when anyone gets permission to present a play on stage, it does not include the right to record the performance. If you record a play without the publisher's permission, you are liable for a fine and maybe jail time. It is a copyright infringement to record a play without permission.

FIRST, you must get the Playwright's permission.

If you do NOT, you will be sued for copyright infringement, and it will cost you a lot of money to settle the law suit.

If the playwright says no, you cannot put the play on YouTube.

If you do NOT, you will be sued for copyright infringement, and it will cost you a lot of money to settle the law suit.

You must also get the the Director's permission.

You must get the permission of each of the actor's, in the play.

Well,, it depends on the people... some people dont want their performances online but its really all up to u... if its mostly focused on u, then ya go for it...but on the other hand,, if has everyone on,, then i think u should ask them first b4 losing their loyalty...trust me... i know... hope i helped...
