who is/has been a cashier at McDonalds???

today was my first day as a cashier there and i got a "trainer" to tell me how to use the register but she did it so fast i forgot everything. so does anyone know if there's a website that goes thru every step of using it, or just a list of what the abbreviations mean. also how do u fry the fries. i know u put the full basket in the oil then press "1" or "2", so how do i know which one to press and how do i know when they're ready.

There is a timer that will go off when the fries are done. When it beeps push the button again, lift the fries and hook the basket and lift uo the front to drain for about 10 seconds before dumping them onto the tray. The next time that timer beeps and it says "Qual" or "QA" it is time to throw those fries in the waste container because they are not good anymore. When someone wants something special on their sandwich push the button for the meal or sandwich, and then push the "Grill" button. There is a no, only, sub, with, etc. Like is someone orders a Mc Chicken, all it comes with is shredded lettuce and mayo. I always have people ask for cheese, BUT if you do not enter it into the computer right it will not charge for the cheese. You have to hit the "With" button and then hit the cheese button. MCC on the screen is for mc chicken, mac is big mac, 2 chb is what you need to hit when someone is ordering the 2 cheeseburger meal. It is really confusing for a few days, but you will get the hang of it. If people get frustrated with you just tell them that you are sorry, but you are new and in training.

just tell her shes not doing her job and have her do it again because she went to fast or quit and go somewhere else.
