If the legal system does what it always does I would say no. But I hope a dog loving defensive lineman takes a cheap shot at him.

BEFORE ANYONE ON THIS WEBSITE JUDGES SOMEONE i.e. (MICHAEL VICK) GET THE FACTS
Ok is started in April when the cops arrested Vick's COUSIN !! on a drug charge.......the cousin listed the home that the dogs were found as his residence.......the house was paid for and owned by Mr. Vick but.........MICHAEL VICK DID NOT LIVE AT THE HOUSE !!!!!.......he bought the house for his family member......so basically they are holding him accountable for what went on because the house was in his name.......the only reason that we are having this discussion is because Mr. Vick is a public figure........
As former Dallas Cowboy Emmitt Smith stated, "He's the biggest fish in the whole doggone pond right now so they're putting the squeeze on him to get to everyone else......He's not the one you're after, he's just the one whose going to take the fall -- publicly."
What the media is doing is the same thing they did in the Duke Lacrosse and Kobe Bryant cases.....try HIM IN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION.....and you see how those cases came out..............
**HE WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE**
(meaning that everyone has done something wrong in their life one way or another)

As an owner of a pit bull, I find this horrific. I just wanted to cry for those poor animals. Yes Mr. Vick belongs behind bars, as well as anyone else that takes pleasure in harming an Innocent creature. Those poor dogs did not deserve the treatment from Vick and his followers. Those pits will all be destroyed I am sure. Where is that fair? Just my opinion.

Ahhh, Marcus, uhhh I mean Michael M, the public outcry will get him suspended and hopefully banned from the NFL forever.
Just wait and see---I am patient, but I know this is going to happen, we are not going to see much of Michael Vick in the future with the NFL.....

Yes....so I no longer have to find a way to stop him while friend uses him in Madden Football.
Vick is overated anyways, and the league needs to get rid of these young thugs who have no appreciation for the oppurtunities given to them.
Throw him in Jail and mauke him cut his corn rowes!

That is for a judge and jury to decide. If convicted, I hope he and the other three get the maximum on each count to run consequetively, not concurrently. That would be my tax dollars at work.
However, I am sickened by people responding to this with the same sort of blood lust that is at issue in the first place. If you think he should be miamed hanged draged, or what ever, be aware, that you have a little piece of the same brain in you.

Should he? YES Will he? NO As for a suspension, I don't see it, and if it happens it will be no more than 5 games. Forget celebrities, you can find plenty of examples with just athletes. Think Michael Irvin, Nate Newton, Ray Lewis, Jamaal Lewis, all these people have a ton of cash and weekly spotlight. They NEVER do time!!
