Question

So my best friend is having a long distance relationship, and when i was on her myspace she had sent him these questions about masterbation and he replied and was talking about how much he wanted to have sex with her. She just turned 15 and I think its a little early to be thinking about sex, especially since they've never even met! Im trying to keep it to myself, but its really hard. He could be like a rapist or something! What would you do?

btw. she gave me her password, and she was letting me talk to someone on there because i dont have one.

Well not to be rude or anything but i dont think that you should concern yourself about this "relationship" that your friend is in .....however you do have a point with the rapist thing. First of all i personally don't think that you should have a relationship with anyone you've met on the internet simply because you have no idea who they really are and they could just use a random picture that they've found. I do think for you -as her best friend- is to tell your friend how you really feel about it.

if they've never met, it isn't a relationship and it's damn dangerous to be talking to someone on line about stuff like this.no need to keep it to yourself. tell her folks. you have no idea what kind of person she's communicating with and neither does she.

That's a tricky one. You don't want to invade your friend's privacy, but you also want to do what's best for her. I would suggest confronting her, telling her what you saw, and expressing your genuine concern. Don't be judgmental, just a good friend. Do realize that you are risking losing her trust, but you will be doing what's best for her.

Talk to your parents right away. I would rather see your friend in trouble with her parents than hurt by some dangerous pervert.
