I am now strictly AA sober but my downfall and poison was Everclear. A brand of grain alcohol (ethanol), available at concentrations of 95% alcohol (190 proof) and 75.5% (151 proof).
I drank 190 proof with absinthe for flavoring.
DO NOT TRY THIS.

Half glass Cranberry Juice; half glass Ginger ale; twist of lemon; lots of ice. I have not had an alcoholic drink in over 30 years !

Some good ole fashioned water for me. Can't go wrong with it. Drink as much as I can and still be able to drive, I won't get fat, and I can build muscle.
