10m^2 +6m + 8m^2 + 14m=

18m^2 + 20m~ thats the finally answer that i came up with. Is that right?

First FOIL then distribute. We know we must always simplify parentheses before multiplying or in this case distributing(same thing).
Order of operations.
so 2m(5m-3)(4m+7)
First Outer Inner Last: 2m(20m^2+35m-12m-21)
Combine like terms within the parentheses: 2m(20m^2-23m-21)
Next distribute: 40m^2-46m^2-42m
and theres it is!!!

Nope. You need to multiply all three terms, not just (1st)(2nd) + (1st)(3rd).

2m(5m -3)(4m +7)
= (10m^2 -6m) (4m + 7)
= 40m^3 -24m^2 +70m^2 -42m
= 40m^3 +46m^2 -42m
You can also write this as 2m( 20m ^2 + 23m -21)

No, you only multiplied the 2m into (4m+7), you also need to multiply the (5m-3).

First, 2m * (5m-3) = (10m^2-6m)

Then, you need to multiply (10m^2 - 6m) with (4m+7)

10m^2 * 4m = 40m^3
10m^2 * 7 = 70m^2
-6m * 4m = -24m^2
-6m * 7 = - 42m

No. You have three numbers to multiply together. You multiply any two of them and then take the answer and multiply by the third number.
For example if you want to multiply (2)(3)(4), you can multiply 2 by 3 and get 6 then multiply the 6 by 4 to get 24.
You multiplied the first by the second and then the first by the third and after that you added the results together.
