solaceon town, you'll see an elderly man standing outside, go inside give your pokemon to the lady at the counter and she'll train it

the day care is located in solaceon town. from what i believe every step you take is one exp. pionts. Ditto can be found with the Pokeradar outside of Canclave City(route 218 after obtaining the national dex) wich is a great pokemon to breed with

i beleive in solacean town it looks like a gym but its a day care u can breed in this game

In daycare pokemon gain 1 EXP. per step. So YES you have to move around.

yeah, its solaceon town. it has no gym. but it has the day care center. its pretty obvious which building it is.
