If every humans genetic structure was instantly changed to give them the max abilities, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, etc (Making us FAR more then we are now with many extra/heightened senses, abilities and so on that we can not even begin to imagine in our current states) how to you think this would change the world in which we live (Heightened abilities at max for both good and evil)?

You are on to something quite interesting. One would think that heightened abilities would imply heightened awareness and consciousness--- a sure improvement over current levels. Such could only be a benefit. This may be of interest to you
