My virtual hug is just to let you know, as you can see, that a great deal of people, especially very intelligent, sensitive and compassionate people, go through what you are going through sometimes, and it's ok. I always admired Winston Churchill, and he suffered from depression on and off all through his life, and there are so many other examples... just take it a moment at a time if you have to and things will get better.... believe me, I've been there a few times... you just have to "kick at the darkness until it bleeds daylight." It is worth it. I'll keep a good thought for you! All the best and take care of yourself.
