AND WALK IN FRONT OF YOUR CAR WHEN THE LIGHT IS GREEN

Annoying yes, but it is still the law for you to stop and let them go.. Citizens have the right of way..

Now, that doesn't mean they can just walk in to traffic of course..

Yes. I hate driving when people are walking close to the road also. Imagine if you hit someone :-/

Not so much annoyed as I'm just trying hard not to hit them! Sometimes they make it close to impossible.
