Rich - they just have more money.

Famous - it depends on what they are famous for. If someone was famous for saving children from abusive situations, helping the poor, finding cures for illnesses, etc., then I would consider them to be a good person (not necessarily better). Famous like Paris Hilton and her ilk - definitely not.

In some ways yes, in other ways no. They are better off because they don't have to worry about if they will have insurance, or access to good healthcare, they usually have more access to healthier foods, personal trainers, etc. And if they invest the money wisely they don't have to "work" but at the same time the thing that gives them a cushy mattress to fall on also may hinder their desire to do something really good for themselves or to set proper goals.

Probably in some ways yes and in some ways no. Different people are better than other people at different things.

well, it would appear they are better than most at making and holding onto money and or fame.
