I always hate diagnosing things long distance because things are not always as they are described. My guess would be tie the two whites together at the fixture and connect them to the white in the ceiling white generally signifies the neutral leg. Then tie the two black legs on the fixture together and to one side of the pull chain switch the other black leg on the pullchain switch hooks to the black wire in the ceiling. This adresses the hot leg. Two things I dont know why the fixture has 2 whites and 2 blacks unless it has 2 sockets, if so this should work. Finally and hopefully there should be a bare copper wire in the ceiling which is a grounding wire and a green or bare wire on the fixture which should be tied together. If this doesnt help call an electrician like I said its hard to diagnose things long distance. Always turn off the power before attempting any electrical repair.

The simple answere is to put the switch in between the black wire coming down and the 2 black wires going to the lights. Hook 1 black wire from the switch to the wire that was going to the black wire on the 2 lights. Then take the other black wire from the switch and connect to the 2 wires going to the lights. The white (common) side of the lights should not have to be messed with NOTE: Please be sure to turn off the breaker that feeds this light before attempting. this.

It's apparent that the fixture has two lites, hence the two sets of wires, (2 black, 2 white). Wrap all the white wires together, using a wire nut or whatever form of connector you've chosen. Take one of the black wires coming from the switch and attach it to the two black wires coming from the lite. Connect the other black wire to the black coming out of the ceiling. That should give you a switched lite. When you pull the chain, you break the connection, inside the switch, from the power to the lites. When you pull it again, you restore the connection, again, inside the switch, and the lites should come on, full strength. And don't forget the ground wire connection.
