The Homeopathic remedy BRYONIA ALBA is prescribed for irritability and especially stress, I would suggest you take it in 30C potency three times a day half an hour before or after meals . The effects are absolutely wonderful. Totally non addictive and without any side effects or complications. Thats the beauty of Homeopathic medicine 100% effective and totally without any side effects. To read more about it please click the link :- http://homeoint.org/books/boericmm/b/bry.htm

I do not know of a natural medication that would help with this. However, I do know what I use, and it works like magic. (This works better for me than deep-breathing exercises and other types of relaxation techniques, which I have also tried in the past.)

I use the generic form of Xanax (alprazolam). It only costs about $7 for a full prescription.

Each tablet can be cut in half and then in half again.

If I feel myself getting overly anxious or upset or angry, or if I know I am going to be in a very stressful situation, I will go ahead and take 1/4 of a tablet, lie down and relax for about 5 minutes, and voila, it is amazing how much better I feel.

I have suffered no side effects at all. I only use the medication when I know I need it, because other people have abused the drug and become addicted to it. We have to all be careful with everything we put into our bodies.

Getting all stressed out and upset or angry raises a person's blood pressure, which is very dangerous. A high BP puts a person at risk for heart attack or stroke. Getting very angry or upset also has a lot of negative side effects, including the way we treat other people.

Since I have begun using Xanax (only when needed), my life has changed. I am now in complete control of my emotions. Instead of letting my emotions run my life, I am able to be in control, and I'm so much happier. I know a lot of people who use the medication appropriately and they have had very good experiences with it as well.

As an example, when my mother was terminally ill, I became so upset over many days' time that I could not even function. My doctor put me on Xanax, and I used it as prescribed, as described above, and it helped me so much.

I would recommend that you make an appointment with your family doctor and discuss the situation. He or she can advise you best according to your own situation.

Please take care of yourself. I admire you for seeking a solution to what can be a very painful, upsetting problem. You are in my prayers.

Hang in there!

This is normal so don't worry about it. Actually, yoga and meditation works best instead of medicines.
There are a lot of tranquilizers available in the market but they are habit forming.
I would recommend Rescue Remedy from Bach Flower Essence Remedies - 2 drops on your tongue 3 times a day for a month, then let me know how you feel. There are absolutely no side effects and is non addictive.

Well, first of all, take deep breaths. try meditation. Also, eat less junk food. You will be surprised how that helps.
What you can do while you are trying those is to use essential oils. They work wonders for anger. Use a good quality oil that is theraputic grade only.
Lavender, sandalwood, frankinscense and roman chamomile are good choices. Just rub on the bottom of your feet or put on your wrists and inhale. Try it , it works. If you want to know where to get the oils let me know. Good luck

Some of that could be hormonal or the way your brain is wired, but it is likely it has something to do with your childhood environment. Have you ever considered talking to a psychologist? It might really help you work through some of the underlying pain.

Stay away from sour and salty foods as well as hot and spicy foods like chilli. Alcohol, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, fried foods, hot showers, overheating from sport or exercise all increase anger.

Try some Blackmores D-stress or Valerian. The only down side to Valerian is it can make you drowsy if you take too much. Hope this helps.

Try singing some gospel or contemporary christian songs. Join the choir and you won't be so angry all the time.
