Dick Cheney is a no-nonsense vice president ! He has had more responsibility than the last dozen or so Veeps! George Bush was careful in selecting his running mate, he choose a man who would contribute to his administration, not someone he needed to send off on foolish missions, as in the case of Kennedy sending LBJ off to Vietnam, to become a war monger .
