How do I turn on my bluetooth for my toshiba?

It may not have true bluetooth. I discovered that with my Toshiba. When they say it is a bluetooth computer, they mean that you can add bluetooth if you wish. I discovered this when I wanted a bluetooth mouse. I had to buy some sort of upgrade for the computer, which I was told would cost about $100 (if I remember correctly), or use a USB device similar to that for the standard wireless mouse.
