eat alot of bread beans and red meat. lifts weights and don't do any cardio. This is not a real smart thing to do that is way too much weight to gain in such a short time.O try protein shakes.

Look guy. If you have a fast metabolism, then its going to take months for you to gain the weight you desire. Trust me I know from experience. Unfortunately there is no easy way out. If you want to get buff then you need to start eating more and lifting weights. And don't buy into that BS about it will stunt your growth. That's just what ignorant people say to sound smart. Its hard work, but you'll be glad you did it. real f*cking talk

Go the week and half without taking a single dump. Eat 4 Big-Macs and large fries everyday. Along with 2 boxes of Crispy Cremes and eat the protein powder right out of the bottle without exercising at all. Go to America and eat their fast food and barbequed ribs and weak beer to get drunk.

When you weigh in have a heavy tow chain around your neck, under your shirt. Stuff your shoes with wheel weights. Eat as much as you can 1 hour before so digestion hasn't fully started yet. Don't take a crap that day until after.

Don't gain with added fat - gain by lifting weights and bulking with muscle. Muscle also weighs more than fat. Also, get on a healthy eatting plan with plenty of protein.

Well, I'm a DE.

What I do for quick gain is eat whole/filling foods but ones that are healthy. No McDonalds or BK shiz. Meaty foods, then intensely work out one part of your body.

you just have to work out and EAT A LOT of calories. I sugest protein and carbs. Its impossible to gain 10 pounds in that amount of time, but its definatly possible to do it in a month to a month and a half.
