4 days driving, 3 days on a bus, 5 hours by plane. fly, it's going to be the cheapest and fastest

Driving coast to coast when you just got your license doesn't sound like a good idea. Greyhound is slow and boring. So I guess I'll have to agree with many of the other ppl and vote for flying.

Coast to coast on the bus--no, never. Fly, go by train. Only one day in California? Why?

The cheapest is to travel by greyhound. You see, if you travel by car, something might happen to your car on the way. Besides, if you will travel by greyhound, you can feel more relaxed, worry free, especially if you want to pee.
GOD BLESS YOUR TRIP!

The bus or train would be cheapest. Since you're only staying one day, and will not have time to relax, I definitely wouldn't drive--unless, of course, you want a week-long cross-country adventure.

However, since my time is money, I would fly.

you have not left many recommendations! No automobile no airplane and so on. there is in basic terms coach or practice left. i could take a coach myself. You get to be sure greater of the country that way, and that they many times end for a little while in maximum cities, yet not long sufficient to do lots.
