For example, I was born around 7pm and I am definetly a night person. I was wondering if this is the mystery behind being a morning or night person. Thanks!

This is an interesting question in science.
I think most scientists would say there is no correlation between the time you were born and the time you feel more energetic. Instead, it is well established that your energy levels are greatly effected by a thing called your Circadian rhythm. Which is determined by genetic factors and influenced by environmental cues. Therefore, if you feel more energetic at night like me, then you likely inherited from your family. I did note some papers on www.pubmed.com, that talked about mothers giving cues to their fetus to set their clock...so perhaps your mom greatly influences your rhythm. There is likely data out there addressing the topic you propose. Search for it, perhaps on www.pubmed.com
good luck

Even though I have not looked at any data, I am absolutely certain there is no correlation between birth time and the time of day one feels the most energetic.

Any small effect it may or may not have would be lost in the sea of other influences, such as your age, your family, your friends, your diet, what drugs you take (such as caffeine), etc.
