Ooh, deep question. I would say no. There is only one of you in the world -- your DNA, your cell structure, your personality. I guess that's what makes each life so special.

If you were born someone else, how would you know that the person you are WOULD exist?

No. You would have had different parents, different upbringing, different experiences, even different hair color and eye color if you were born somewhere else, heck, you'd even be speaking a different language maybe. The person you are now would not exist. You would be someone completely different.
