No kind, I suffer from osteoporosis, and I have had Dogs, cats, rats snakes, bunnies, and I am very active as a landscaper. I am also a good vitamin taker.
SO no cure except good humor! Sorry

there are "osteoplasts" which have been developed in the last ten or so years which you can take to reverse/prevent osteoporosis. cats have nothing to do with it, never have. you are more prone to bone loss if you are female, white or asian, past menopause or have had significant nutritional deficiencies in your youth (stupid girls with their stupid anorexia, stupid totalitarian governments with their stupid starving of the populace, etc.). if you think you are at particular risk for osteoporosis, ask yr. doc for some 'plast'.
