turn off printer and then turn it on again, this should fix it.

If you removed any "doors" or access panels from the printer to remove the jam, make sure that they are put back properly and securely. Then turn off the printer off and reboot your computer. If this doesn't fix it, try the same procedure, but turn the printer off and unplug it for at least 20 seconds before rebooting and turning the printer back on. If that doesn't work, contact the manufacturer.

This happened to me and all I did was unplugged my printer for about 30 seconds and plugged it back in and it was fine, but be sure to make sure there's no little pieces of paper still stuck in it first.

Turn it off and on again, and if that doesn't work, hit the "refresh" button -- I'm not sure exactly what it's called on your printer, but it's the one that is most likely flashing a red or orange color. Good luck!

Same as above but you still might have a little piece of paper still stuck in there.

if you have kids pick it up and shake it upside down see if any toys fall out

its posable that ur ink is low, and thats why it wont print
