The Falcon's Michael Vick has really put himself in a bind...He's acused of electricuting a dog and drowning one and other horrible things...
I just want to know if it was all worth it?

All that he's worked for is out the window?

Yes, unless something radical comes to light exonerating him, I think he's down for the count now. He and Pacman and Tank Johnson's legacy will be as the last of their breed, players before them like Maurice Clarett and the guy who put a hit out on his girlfriend and child, whose raw talent couldn't make up for fatal character flaws. Hopefully this year opens a new era for the integrity of the league.

Vick's been flirting with this for a long time now. Remember the whole Ron Mexico thing? The "secret compartment" in the water bottle? Its an open secret that he's a big pothead, and he flaunts the law regularly, and fairly unabashedly. He suffers from delusions of grandeur and the idea that he's above the law, that his celebrity lets him do whatever he wants without repercussions.

That of course isnt true, and now its come back to bite him (no pun intended...)

You can take the man out of the hood, but you can't take the hood out of the man.
Vick is just like any other big time athlete. They are taken care of their whole lives, treated like gods since they are so good at their sports.
Everyone in high school and college went out of their way to kiss his a s s so he could do anything that he wanted and there would be no consequences, and if he did get caught doing anything wrong, I'm sure they would make sure the media and no one else would find out. Cover up for him so he could play football.
When you have an attitude that you are so great that you can do whatever you want and never have to worry about getting in trouble for anything, dogfighting, strip club fights, shootings, drugs, etc. do not worry you, because you are convinced you are so great at your sport that people will do anything to make sure you play.
These athletes are young, big headed and extremely rich, they think they can do anything they want.

He is one sick disgusting soul walking around, and so are the rest of these dog-fighting fans. I hope he is kicked so far to the curb by the NFL, the fans, and any one else he encounters. He is a horrible role model for young people (especially black youth), and I hope he suffers financially, mentally & emotionally, (actually I think he is devoid of emotions) to the same degree these animals have had to suffer at his blood stained hands!

I 100% agree with you.He should of made a public apology or admitted something. Now as time goes on,I don't expect him to recover from this at all.P.E.T.A. has called for his termination,But I say give him a chance to explain at least before any punishment is ordered.

he said he is not guilty, but you like so many others have already decided he is guilty. don't you think he deserves due process like anyone else in America..........I'm not a fan by the way just think it will be nice if everyone in America continues to be allowed their day in court before being convicted.

No way, it was not worth it. He is accused, but I want to see how all this plays out in court.
