This is why I love you guys. These answers are fantastic. I'm going to go - you talked me into it. (Actually, I go 4-5 x week). Afraid if I don't keep it a routine, I'll stop altogether. Thanks!

vamedica:
How do you look so cute?
I'd love you to go on a mountain Trail Trekking with a friend or two, first a short one , then a medium & then steep & long.
If you do it on a Saturday, you can get some relaxation on Sunday. For next 4 days, you don't need to run, jump or jog or swim. Just do a sprinted walk; that's more than enough.
This Trekking has really helped to keep myself fit & fine ready for a joust / wrestling ( not with women, of course, though I'd prefer to!) .
Keeping Fit is so easy & can be made a fun too if you love it !
Keep before your eyes & think for a moment, the toned muscles, sculpted body, hour-glass figure, curves at the right places.... what would they mean to the eligible onlookers?
Hope this from an excercise-geek helps you!

I won't be one to help talk you into it, I'm afraid.
I found myself in a rather lazy mood when I woke up this morning (er.. this afternoon) and decided to call off work tonight.
Enjoy not running.. take a break! Continue answering questions!

exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy, happiness is GOOOOOOD,
plus, you'll feel like a million bucks when you get back...If you dont go, you'll feel guilty, (trust me :S)
and during the run you can take the time to reflect on how many people have pissed you off in the last week and what creative ways you could get even with them (hypothetically speaking)
it'll be theraputic. :P

because you'll get all fat and will have to use a cane and then a wheel chair and then you'll start getting stuck in bathtubs and doorways and will have to stay in bed because you can't support your own weight and the tabloids will put you on the front cover as Fattest Woman Alive along with Fattest Cat that Ever Lived

It will make you happy once you are done and you will look back and say that was not bad at all and I feel great...I don't know why I was procrastinting running in the first place. Now lace up those shoes and hit the pavement!!!!!!

I'm the same - lazy - should be out there going for a run or doing my boxing - instead I am on here or reading HP Book.
... sorry that doesn't help you...

Work your cardiovascular system; get out of the house; set a good example for those couch potatoes in the other room...

You'll feel a lot better after you do it. Have you ever regretted going for a run?

Because your body is in the habit of doing it and you'll feel like crap if you don't ...now get on out there and get it over with...you'll be glad you did.
