Purchase Norton or McAfee anti virus & spyware protection for $40-$50. These will protect your computer for 1 year. Install it and try to remove the virus. There is about an 80% chance it will work. If not, both anti virus programs have other special anti virus removal tools that may do the job.
If not you may have to have your hard drive completely erased and have your operating system reinstalled. A computer technician can help you.
You can then reinstall the virus protection to protect you for next time.
Free or cheap anti virus programs don't always do the job.

dont even mess with the free anti virus programs they will scan your computer and tell you what kind of virus you have but it will not clean it unless you buy the full version of anti virus... best and cheepest way to get rid of a virus is to reformat your pc... or pay alot of money for a good anti virus program... good luck

Listen, it is not as simple as installing an Anti-Virus program after you have a virus already sitting on your system. These programs are super for preventing viruses in the first place but not so hot at getting rid of viruses already there.
However, it is a good start as some viruses are removable with a good Anti-Virus program, even those already infected.
With that said, once you install a good Anti-Virus program and it fails to rid your system of the virus or all of the viruses, you will need some expert help.
The best way to get this sort of help is to go to one of the many anti-viral websites online. There is a certain program you will need to download and run in order to get the help you may need. It is called Hijackthis, and it does a complete scan of everything on your system, puts it into a file and you upload and post at one of these sites.
I use the Dell Hijackthis forum, but there are many different ones and all of those there are experts and volunteer their time and efforts to help rid others systems of malware.
Just type hijackthis into your browser and you will be presented with pages of options on which to choose from. Read some of the many posts to these forums and get a feel for which one you think will serve you best. Once you found one you are comfortable with, go ahead and register so you can post there. Registration is free, as is the help. Please remember that these are all volunteers and they do this on their free time and as a free service. So, be patient and understanding of any delays you may have while getting the help you may need.
I can't reccomend any particular site as that would be a violation of the Yahoo! Community Guidelines. While it may be OK for me to offer you a link, I wish to err on the side of caution and not receive a reprimand from the Moderators here. lol
However, as I said, there are dozens if not hundreds of good sites to visit where you can receive the help you may need.
The Hijackthis tool is very powerful and it reports everything on your system, the good with the bad. There are many services and programs which your computer needs to run properly, and it takes somebody who knows what to look for to know which is good and which is bad, so please don't try to delete anything until a member of the forum directs you too. OK?
It may take a few days to complete all of what you may need to clean up your system, but it is worthwhile. You may be surprised what is on your system! Once it is cleaned up you may even see an improvement in speed and functionality. Sometimes viruses and other malware can get into your system and slow it down over time so you slowly lose usability, and begin to wonder why it not running as fast as it once did, or why your browser suddenly crashes for no appearent reason, but it isn't all the time so you just get on with whatever you were doing. You can also have spyware on your system and have it reporting back to its owner without even being aware of it.
So, while a Anti-Virus program "may" get rid of this virus, it would behoove you to consider going to one of the many Hijackthis sites and make sure your system is clean, then ensure you have an up to date Anti-Virus program running at all times in order to avoid these horrid beasties in the first place. It is up to you however, do what you think best.
Good luck and have a great weekend.
