Yes, quite a few in fact.
About 6 years ago I won a Nickelodeon kids choice awards contest - I recieved a brand new Nickelodeon based video game not released on to the market yet, toys, and a bunch of other stuff.
I won a draft at a school dance in the 7th grade also - Got tickets to some concert; the band was Good Charlotte.
Won the Reflections visual arts contest at school four years in a row - With friends of course we got our video to state four years in a row and won regonization that goes on our record for College, got to the nationals this year but lost there.
Won second place on a contest on Cartoon Network's Toonami - The grand prize was 25,000 dollars, I won second place (along with a hundred people) and recieved a Game Boy Advance.
I'm working on some contests right now at the moment also, there's this make a Ketchup commerical contest grand prize is 57,000 dollars. We already spent 400 dollars on our video (video editing programs and what not), I think were going to win.

Yes, or at least a drawing. $100.00 worth of merchandise at Pay and Save. And later a 2 hour trip for two with dinner, up and down the Columbia River.That was really fun!
