We were all very very small potential human beings at one time. How would you be feeling right now if someone snubbed you out? Those who say it's ok should commit suicide and terminate their mothers pregnacy after the fact. The only difference is time.

I think it's no one's business what my personal opinion is regarding abortion, but seeing as you asked the question, I think it is a valid option that needs to be preserved for women. No one can know what the reasons are for a woman choosing to abort in most cases.
Ten years ago I would have said that I would never ever have an abortion. Then I fell pregnant with a baby who had incurable heart defects incompatible with life. There was no way I was going to bring an innocent child into the world only to experience great pain, suffering and an agonising death. So I made a choice that was legal, valid and MINE to make.

I personally do not agree with abortion but I believe people should have the right to make decisions for themselves I just think that there are other much more human ways to deal with unwanted pregnancy like for starters keep your legs together . I could maybe understand in an extreme situation like if a women was raped but other than that murder of an innocent baby should not be an option

I do not agree with abortion. It's murder no matter how you look at it. If your not ready or old enough to have a child, then you shouldn't be having sex. Sex should only be shared by two people who love each other and plan to spend the rest of their live's together. This may sound old-fashioned, but what's wrong with having morals?

i am prochoice for a few reasons. i think rape and family rape is a definate yes. same with any danger to mom or fetus or if there is such major defect. i did a study in college on womans rights and when abortion was illegal women actually died trying to abort their own babys (if these walls can talk is a good movie to watch about it) i think if u cant have a baby cause of other issues then adoption is a better answer however each woman has their own right. ill be honest i went to get one last week and i couldnt do it i got sick to my stomach i got my money back and ran out of there

I believe abortion is okay as long as it's not being used like typical birth control (i.e.; like you have it done or have had it done often). Women have the right to choose whether or not they get pregnant or stay pregnant. I'm a firm believer that if you are not fit to raise a child either put it up for adoption or don't have it. Birth control is VERY important. I don't think it's right to have unprotected sex and THEN have an abortion. But if you're like me and you're doing everything in your power to make sure you're not getting pregnant and you accidently do, that's another story. It's all up to you. People are going to tell you a million different things but you have to stick with what you believe in.

I do not agree with abortion. Life is precious. If someone has unprotected sex they need to understand the outcome may be a baby and should be prepared for that responsibility.

I do not agree with abortion except for in extreme situations...mainly just rape.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I just feel like there are other options available for both mother and baby.

In college, I belonged to a "pro-choice" organization whose mission it was to assist women choosing abortion in safely entering abortion clinics. I have, in my lifetime, recommended the path of abortion to friends of mine in situations where they were "not ready" to have children. I believed that it was the woman's choice whether or not to carry a child to term.
Then, in 1999, I saw my son for the first time via ultrasound at nine weeks, and it changed everything. This was not a "bundle of cells" This was a child, albeit a small one, for whom every aspect of his body was decided - his gender, chosen; his eye color, already determined; his body, moving on its own. Since then, I have regretted wholeheartedly ever recommending abortion to anyone. I do not recommend it now, except in cases of medical necessity for child or mother. I personally believe that abortion is murder. HOWEVER: I am still pro-choice. I don't believe that I have the right to tell a woman she must carry a child to term.
I'm not sure what the current "cut-off" is for legal abortion, but it used to be 24 weeks. At 24 weeks, I had my ultrasound for my third son (a few months ago) and I cannot fathom how anyone could see (and feel) this baby moving around and not qualify it as a child. My only wish is that if a woman decides to abort, that she first consider all the alternatives, and that she lets as minute a time pass as possible. I don't envy anyone who feels they are in that situation.

i agree to a point, if you are going to have the abortion just becuase you dont want it thats not right but if can keep it than its ok as if you were raped or you wouldnt be able to give it a good future and if its earlier enough like within the first few weeks i think its fine
