So Much for Amazon's "gaurantee"...?

I know quite a few people who did not get their book today even though it was gauranteed by Amzon. Anyone hear of what Amazon is plannning to do since that gaurantee was not fulfilled?

amazon used a ups/post office. Mine came through UPS but deliverd to my house by the post office. Not happy really. I forgot Amazon us post. I'd guess that the post office is the one who screwed up.
