You can smelt any metal as long as you have enough heat.
You need a blast furnace like the one a black smith would use.

Some metals, like stainless steel, are alloys -- they are made up of different materials, and when you melt them, they don't just change from solid to liquid, they break down into those other materials.

You would have to start with the raw materials and go through the process of making stainless steel (and there are different grades), and it would have to be poured into molds.

Fill the pot up w/cold water to cover the burned on rice. Bring it up to a boil. Do it again w/some high powered soap in the mix. This time let the water sit in the pan until its luke warm, dump it out and scrub it up w/the plastic scouring pad. You should be all set.
