Almost all physicians are offering choice of repeat c-section or vbac. If you want your tubes tied some insurance requires that you have counselling and sign the request 30 days in advance, so don't leave that until the last moment.
I can't think of anything that is 100% sure except death and taxes so I won't go that far.

Whatever you do, DO NOT get induced. The pain is much more intense because your body is not ready to deliver. A lot of times, induction ends in a c-section anyway. I have two children. My oldest was just about 9 lbs and my youngest was 7 lbs. I went natural for both, no epidural. The labor is real and it is hard. However, once the baby is out, all pain is over. I was walking around 20 minutes afterward. Those ultrasounds are known to be incorrect. There is a huge margin of error. Keep all that in mind. IMHO, your best bet is natural. If that is not an option, go with the c-section. Don't let the induce you. Good luck!

it depends on the hospitol and your dr some say that you can have it naturaly after a c-section and others say they dont want to risk you going into labor and having it nautrally and ripping open or tearing the last scar. and then they would have a law suit if something bad happend ect. my first child was c-section and was told if i had another kid in that hospitol i would have to have it c-section again. so i would definatly tell your dr. But if you have insurance the only way they will pay for a c-section is if it was for emergency only so i would also check with your insurance company.

I wouldn't know why not as long as you have healed properly from the previous c-section. However, that is something you will have to discuss with your doctor as soon as possible to be 100% sure. I had a c-section with my first child and then just scheduled my second one, but there were two years between, not just one.

Let your doctor know about your concerns. He or she will most deffinately do another c-section. You can have a vaginal birth, but because you've had a previous section they should give you the option. There are greater risks with a vaginal birth after you've had a previous c-section; your uterus could rupture for one. You have every right to refuse a vaginal delivery, especially after you've had a c-section.

depends on your doctor, so really you should ask him!
i have never heard of anyone loving a c section, i thought it was HORRIBLE!!! i much prefered natural birth, i felt that was pretty painless.(no drugs)
i had a c section with my twins and i don't get to do natural again, i am very disapointed! i loved natural, it is much better in my opinion.
but bottom line is your doctor will be the only one that can answer this. no one on here will be able to tell you. some doctors do vbac and some don't.

tell your doctor who will be delivering the baby that you want a c- section and they will give you one.......most GYN's prefer doing c-sections for women who have had one previously.
some sites to review below:

p.s.
you are one of the lucky ones....my two vaginal births were perfect ( yes painful) but perfect, my c- section was an absolute nightmare.

Usually if you've had a c-sect previously, you will be able to chose to have one for your second

you will likely need a c-section since your pregnancies are so close together.
