It is and The Joker is going to be very sadistic and psychotic..the whole movie is suppose to feel more Goth, like "Saw"! The dark Knight gets much darker!

there is honestly NO word on ANY new Batman motion picture. Christopher Nolan has pronounced he's complete with it, and could under no circumstances be creating a fourth motion picture. Christian Bale likewise has pronounced he's complete what he had to, so won't in any respect be enjoying Batman lower back. yes, there are a few changes in the sequel first of Bats has a new suit first he has the regular suit and then half way into the movie he changes the suit because of something happening to the previous suit, he could turn hi neck now something he and his predecessors couldn't do before and the scallops or blades on his arms are retractable and the can shoot out at people, and he has a motor cycle. If you want to see the new suit go to google and type in dark knight new suit.

If they do have anything prior to the Simpson's movie, it won't be much...the release date isn't until July of 2008 and it is still filming.
