I'm supposed to balance silver nitrate and potassium phosphate to write the net ionic equation for the precipitation reaction.
So far, I have this :
AgNO3 + K3PO4 -> Ag3PO4 + KNO3
That's not balanced, is it?

3AgNO3 + K3PO4 -----------> Ag3PO4 + 3KNO3

Ag = 3 ; Ag = 3
N = 3 ; N = 3
O =13 ; O =13
K = 3 ; k = 3

in order to balance the equation, just make sure the no. of atoms on one side of the equation is equal to the other side.
balanced equation:3AgNO3+K3PO4=AgPO4+3KNO3
