I think that feeling one is getting old is a state of mind. My grandfather, told me something when I was a little gurrl :)- that physical age does not matter, as long as you feel young in your heart.
That has always stayed in my mind, and now I understand what he meant. It is not how old you are, but how old you feel, or in my case how "young" I feel.
I think what keeps me outgoing and full of energy is a combination of my children's energy and my own belief that the soul is eternal and young.

This May, when I turned 50...my friends & husband gave me a great party & all but I'm realizing that I'm definitely getting older.....it's good but I miss my really hard body...I look good but it's not the same & no way am I having plastic surgery - there's a reason why it's called PLASTIC - you get what you see with me, real & fifty!! it's all good. ♥

Not yet Micho. But I felt I'm not a kid anymore when I realized I don't wear super mini skirts, don't hang out too late with friends, don't pursued idols, not shouting when I saw celebrities......LOL..LOL.....

When I turned 40...it was the saddest day of my life. It was all down hill from there and it hasn't even been a year yet!

I'm in my early twenties but I feel like I'm old sometimes when I listen to music that is new and I say to myself, "What the hell is this crap? Do people actually listen to that?". But I'm sure that older people say that about what I listen to and so on and so on.
