The happiness, the wide-eye excitement when I looked at the world, the not knowing how much life sucked, when I looked to the future it was bright and full of colors instead of a black hole

I am glad my childhood and teen years are done! My parents never were around, so I did everything myself. They would plan to be out of town for up to six weeks at a time, call and tell me they were staying longer. I have been self reliant since out 10. Come on, i flew to Germany to be with family for x-mas when i was 8 by myself.

The poufee dresses I used to wear. I looked like a doll... I kid you not. I was happy then too, in my poufee dresses eating ice cream on the swings. Oh, everything was so simple then. Not hard like it is now. I could laugh with my mouth wide open then. I was innocent then... and didn't have these urges to scratch inside... But something went wrong then. 'Cause it started then... so yes... I miss those beautiful poufee dresses with the crinolines and shiny mary janes.

Playing in the sprinkler and running amok outside all summer long. I really miss living in a house with a few acres to play...
