Yes. It's the same individuals endlessly ranting on about all terrorists being Muslims, 'johnny foreigner', 'the good old days' and immigration. But there is one user purporting to be Pakistani who posts offensive questions, particularly about the English, like this one:

What made me laugh this evening, was when I had just finished reporting her when I went to another question which was someone claiming back £2000 from their bank. They were asking what to do with it and someone replied, "Take out a hit on Pakwak." Priceless!

Most definitely. There are many judgmental, racist, closed minded, closed hearted and bigoted people here. I don't think it spoils it for everyone, at first I would get angry, then, I just learned to ignore the BS coming from their keyboard and considered them ignorant people with no life other than to get 2 points for answering a question and see how many levels they can achieve, that I think, is very sad. So rather than waste my energy on getting angry, I think about what they have said and feel sorry for them. It must be so sad to have to live your life like some of them appear to do. I think there are many here that have something valuable to say and that is what I try to focus on.

Oh, definitely! Try the Society and Culture section and there's hatred everywhere! I try to educate but there's no educating a narrow-minded brain...

Yes! I don't think Yahoo enforces it as much as they should. I guess the only thing you can do about it is to just ignore it.
