I would have to say: no, not ALL women will find you [more] attractive because, unfortunately, not all women will be able to look beyond your physique. However, if you're willing to put forth an effort to put yourself out there then you will one day find a woman who will love you despite and maybe even for it.
We're not all shallow and cruel.

No. Why would you want your belly to get bigger? You need to try and maintain a healhty body, and if your healthy with a big belly, than so be it. Do you find yourself attracted to woman with big bellies, or is it a big turn off?
