Anybody cheated you using the loopholes in law? Your experience?

I was working in central govt origination and I was posted in North East (NE). I worked their for 2 years and asked for transfer as per rule of choice posting on working for 2 years. This rule is made by central Govt. to encourage every one to work in NE, as it is difficult to work their especially in remote localities. As there is no proper food, medication, roads transportation, most of the time telephones are not working. pay ments are not received on last working day of the month (some times it delays for 15 days or so due to poor postal communication.
I asked for choice posting to Bangalore and it was not given I worked for another 6 months and finally I found that, person working at my choice place is appointed their and almost completed 25 years of service in same place taking all promotions without transfer. Thus he is having a strong influence at ministerial levels or in ministry, as I don't have any influnce I have to suffer. I applied for voluntary retirement and quoted about my health conditions (suffered from maleria 3 times during this time my health was very week). I felt that by looking in to my health condition my superiors will transfer or ask to give another place of choice, but my VR was assepted just saying that I have applied for VR. In this connection I had represented up to President of India but nothing worked. Person is still working in the same place without transfer and he may retire taking another promotion their in another 4 years.

About 20 years ago I had a little construction company.We built decks and enclosed poarches or did room additions.
Well we got a job to enclose a poarch and make it a functioning room.
We bid around 12,000 materials and labor.
We spent spent 3 weeks building and finishing the room.
When we went to collect our money the guys brother(a lawyer) was there
.We discussed our price our job and the fact we paid for the final inspection.So when the guy went to write the check his brother asked to see our permits and license.I pulled them out of my brief case and handed them to him.He looked and handed them back to us and told his brother not to pay us.
The lawyer brother quoated the fact we had state,and county license we did not have a license from that city so being unlicensed we could not collect.We consulted our lawyer and come to find out we lost 12,000 dollars.
But revenge is (was ) for the company,one of our former employees(we had to fold the company after this) took a 3 pound coffee can and scooped up a hill of termites.He went to the house and went under it and emptied the can of termites.Last we heard he had a big remadling bill when termite damage was found.
