Name one piece of legislation she has produced for New York in over 6 years of being a senator there?
She voted for the war like 90% of the senate now says it is a mistake. She was shot down on Nany State care when Bill was pres. Now she wants to bring it back.

Ms. MaryB...Senators are sent to DC to "bring home the bacon" as it were. Hillary has done nothing for the State of New York. Whats more, she has continually blocked legislation to reduce tax's, tried to kill the Patriot act and just this week voted to cut and run in Iraq and to obstruct free speech on the radio. She's a loser!

oh yay, Hillary is better than Bush. Well that would be alot of candidates. I think people are looking superficially. I get so fed up of people talking about how much they want our troops home but then they pull for someone who supported the war and didn't even bother to read the patriot act!

Why do we want a president that won't read? Oh because it's refreshing to see a female and it's all about image. What are you still in school where you think our country should be run much like a class president?

When people are over novelty types and wants our troops home and no patriot act and someone who still believes in freedom, then I'll tell you who but I get this feeling that much like Hillary, you just can't be bothered.

Nothing, Nada.

She acts BIG , Gets the benefits BUT dishonors NY voters.
Or those dumb enough to vote her into office for 2 Terms.
I can see 1 Term NOT 2.

Like Boxer a Zero.
Dems=Zeros.

Apparently New Yorkers feel she has been a good Senator, as they just re-elected her, and she's certainly more intelligent and more experienced than George. Also, your post has some inaccuracies in it.

No matter how many times you guys claim otherwise, a vote to give Bush authority WAS NOT a vote "for war." Bush also had the authority NOT to invade. Since Republicans are so fond of quoting John Kerry in support of the case for WMD, here are his words on the floor of the Senate the day of the Iraq War Resolution vote.

"In giving the President this authority, I expect him to fulfill the commitments he has made to the American people in recent days--to work with the United Nations Security Council to adopt a new resolution setting out tough and immediate inspection requirements, and to act with our allies at our side if we have to disarm Saddam Hussein by force. If he fails to do so, I will be among the first to speak out.

"If we do wind up going to war with Iraq, it is imperative that we do so with others in the international community, unless there is a showing of a grave, imminent--and I emphasize "imminent''--threat to this country which requires the President to respond in a way that protects our immediate national security needs.

"Prime Minister Tony Blair has recognized a similar need to distinguish how we approach this. He has said that he believes we should move in concert with allies, and he has promised his own party that he will not do so otherwise. The administration may not be in the habit of building coalitions, but that is what they need to do. And it is what can be done. If we go it alone without reason, we risk inflaming an entire region, breeding a new generation of terrorists, a new cadre of anti-American zealots, and we will be less secure, not more secure, at the end of the day, even with Saddam Hussein disarmed.

"Let there be no doubt or confusion about where we stand on this. I will support a multilateral effort to disarm him by force, if we ever exhaust those other options, as the President has promised, but I will not support a unilateral U.S. war against Iraq unless that threat is imminent and the multilateral effort has not proven possible under any circumstances."

Enough said?

Hillary was not shot down on Nanny Care. She rolled over to everything the HMOs, insurance companies and attorneys wanted, as was her original plan.

So convenient that her 'movement' evolved into the worse of what could have happened to middle class America's health benefits at the time. It was the greatest lost to our benefits ever incurred in modern history.

And the media quieted the facts concerning her 'failure' without fanfare or, fuss.

During this campaign the pharmaceutical companies have been one of her biggest contributors which is a huge indicator of her plan to set us up again.

She is playing the same hand and those who choose to cling to her promises instead of her track record on the issue DESERVE to be robbed again should she be elected.

She is great!.. got 5000 times more sense than George Bush!. and stands head and shoulders above all the other likely presidential candidates. Fellow Americans we should embrace her with open an arms and let her Right the wrongs of 8 years worth Republicanism.

She is not a New York State Senator...she is a US Senator for the State of New York. She does not pass legislation for the state of New York. Why should anyone listen to you...you clearly don't even have a basic knowledge of how the government works.

As much as Hillary seems a minimally acceptable candidate for President, son, Bush has been a disaster for America.

I'm no Hillary fan. Hillary is just another ruling class candidate. But I would say that the best thing about Hillary is that her last name isn't Bush.

She's really good at:

1 - Questionable real estate deals
2 - Speaking in a fake southern accent
3 - Making Bill sleep on the basement couch.
