Avoid all foods with *any* type of seed. Avoid peanuts, corn, seeded buns, muffins, etc. Also avoid berries, strawberries, blueberries, that contain the tiniest of seeds. The seeds are indigestible and linger in your intestinal tract, possibly interfering with the test results.

Seeds of any kind as well as peas, corn or nuts can all fall into pockets if there are any. Sometimes while having a colonoscopy, pockets can show up which can mean you might have a diseased colon. He needs for the area to be totally clean and free of any debris. Take care.

All roughage like raw vegetables, cereals & seeds should be avoided prior to the test, they can get hung up in the diverticula ( small sac like pouches ) of the intestines and cause inflammation etc. A soft diet is usually recomended. Take care. SW FNP

All of them, if he said no seeds. Sesame seeds, for one, can get cought in the folds and crevices of your colon, after everything has been washed out. It hinders the testing. Big deal to lay off seeds a while. Go grab some fries.

How could a seed stay to tell the tale that, plenty extra stumble on a place to stay rooted and become a plant, with tummy pollution and no image voltaic?
